I don't write many reviews, but in this instance the whole of Sheffield needs to know of the exceptional service received from Phil and his Team at Dalton Roofing. Phil came yesterday and Inspected our Guttering's that had recently started leaking and become loose. After some great advice it was arranged for a Team to come out the next day (!). They arrived very first thing and were professional and friendly resolving the issue quickly. Thanks for a great service. If Carlsberg did Roofing Contractors.....

Last year we had the roof of our bay window repaired and the team did a great job, so when some slates came off our main roof in the recent storm I didn’t hesitate to call Dalton’s. Great service and would definitely recommend their services.

I called Dalton Roofing based on how many positive reviews they had, appointment made and on the day I had the pleasure of meeting Phil. I explained my problem and he was great from start to finish, his team arrived arrived on the day he stated and again they were wonderful lads who were happy enough to be doing the job for me. Great professionalism and a friendly manner, definitely 5 stars and will only ever be using them going forward.

I had a hole in my roof which was causing damp in my back bedroom.I contacted Dolton roofers. They came and performed a covid safe inspection of the hole and gave me a professional written quote.They attended on the day to fix, on time the got on with the job. It didn’t take long and they informed me of the issue. It was a broken tile.I would recommend this company.

This is the first time that I have posted an online review about anything but, given the exceptional manner in which my roof repair was dealt with, I felt compelled to do so on this occasion. Job appraisal and quotation provided on Tuesday 26th, work completed satisfactorily on Wednesday 27th.Something of a rarity amongst tradesmen in my view and I have no hesitation in recommending Dalton Roofing therefore. Contacted Dalton roofing between Christmas and new year via the contact us form on their website which was easy to use. They contacted us the next working day to discuss the repair that we needed, and made an appointment for Phil to visit. They arrived on the day and time agreed by ourselves, they explained what was wrong and advised us on what they would need to do to repair the gutter. They then returned the next day to perform the repair. We are really pleased with the response and work that was done by this company and would highly recommend Phil and his team.if we need any further advice or work to our property Dalton roofing will be our first port of call.

Would like to thank Dalton roofing so much for sorting our gutter out so fast before Christmas and especially during this pandemic. Would highly recommend them and if I ever had any problems these would be the first guys I’d call. Quick response and they came to see me within 2 days and then the next day the issue was resolved and fixed. Definitely worth a 5 star rating and highly recommended!! Many thanks once again

I contacted Dalton Roofing after being let down by another local roofer. The first thing that impressed me about this company was their excellent customer service. The job was booked in and the work carried out within the estimated timeframe. The young men who carried out the job worked hard, were polite and left the site clean and tidy, despite working in awful weather conditions. Initially , I was a little concerned that the job would not be up to standard given the weather, however the work carried out is excellent. This company really cares about its customers and providing customer satisfaction, something that you unfortunately don’t come across much these days . I will definitely use Dalton Roofing again and recommend to others.

Highly recommend \ very professionalA friend recommended Dalton Roofing, after I had tried a few roofers who either said the job was too small or arranged to come out but never turned up, so was at my wits end after being messed around. So I called Dalton and spoke with a lovely women who was very nice and she made me an appointment for a few days time. They came out on time to inspect the work and came out promptly the very next morning to complete the work, I can’t believe how effortless it was after my previous experience.I could not recommend them enough, they are very professional from making the appointment to completing the work. Im very pleased with the workmanship, a big thank you to Dalton for sorting this out... I will never use anyone else from now on, highly recommend.

We had our roof cleaned of a large build up off moss, gutters cleared and a small repair to the roof of our garage. This is our second time using Dalton roofing and I can only say how professional and hard working the lads were who came to do the job.The results look excellent and the cost was very reasonable for the time taken to complete. Dangerous, rude and inconsiderate.Scaffolding erected in front of my door, which is the only exit to my property, and waste materials thrown off the roof onto the ground blocking access too. Dangerous in the event of an emergency. Didn't even check to see if anyone was home.Rude scaffolding team when asked not to block access, who refused to assemble it differently and didn't like me taking photos of their mess.No attempt at social distancing.I'd look elsewhere.

Phil and his team repaired a badly damaged roof for me. They corrected some extremely poor work that a previous company had carried out. From the offset Phil was professional, personable and kind. He carried out a thorough survey and produced a quote in a timely, organised way. His team, Craig etc were courteous and professional. They worked tirelessly to repair the roof and installed huge amounts of insulation and lead flashings to bring it to the required standard. All works were completed within a couple of weeks, they tidied away all the unwanted materials and left the job spotless. The office girls were extremely helpful and friendly and produced all paperwork, invoices etc promptly. Would not hesitate to recommend Dalton a roofing...a pleasure to deal with! Well done Phil and team!

Gave a review earlier not a very good one but the owners were on the case very quickly. Coming to set my mind at rest and guaranteed if it's not right they will make it so. Dont see it much these days and I was surprised. I'm pleased they take it more seriously than I thought they would. Have I turned into a grumpy old man ? Day after this review and they've been to inspect the job ,all is fine and it's probably just me over thinking the job. Team leader knew what he was talking about and they also offered to give us a refund. I of course refused it partly from embarrassment but if the jobs right that's the price and it wasnt about the money. I got my piece of mind and I'm very grateful. Thankyou Dalton Roofing.

Dalton Roofing have done work for me in the past and they were my automatic choice when I wanted some further repair work done.This time I just needed a couple of tiles replacing and my gutters cleaning out, they were as professional and obliging as you could hope for, and their staff are efficient and friendly.I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Wow! What an amazing company. We wanted a quote to fix our bent guttering that was not catching the rain, but running down the wall. We did not want to pay for all new guttering at this time. Unbelievably Phil from Dalton roofing took a look at the job , arranged for the next day for his team to re-seat our gutter, seal the joints and clean them out, without any charge. Again wow, what a respectable company attribute Phil. Thank you Mr Lowell.

We have been using Dalton Roofing for a number of years and they have never failed to come up with the goods. They have successfully sorted out damp problems where others have failed. Phil, the MD, visits when he says he will and does what he says they will do. He puts customer loyalty above making the most money.We have also found all the staff to be helpful and efficient. This time it was a very small job but it received the same attention and we are pleased with the outcome, as always.

Had issues with noisy guttering / roof felt that was keeping us up at night during high winds. The roofers that installed our new roof a couple of years ago didn't fix the issue; so I decided to contact Dalton Roofing instead, based on reviews and reputation. So glad I did.Managed to get a quick inspection, the people from Dalton were friendly, professional and provided a very reasonable quote. As the job wasn't too long, they managed to fit me in the next day, as they were working nearby, which was a bonus.Would definitely recommend this company.

I asked them to quote for leaking roof on a ground floor tiled roof. They eventually attended to quote, the quote was accepted and a date for work planned. The week before the agreed date I was contacted to tell me they had changed their mind and were withdrawing the quote and planned work, unbelievable?I most certainly wouldn't recommend, very unprofessional, unreliable and I'm now looking for a new roofer!

Can’t recommend these guys enough!!! Was notified of a curious damp patch on my rear upstairs wall & with no internal evidence was worried I had either a gutter or roof problem. Messaged DR through the FB page & was promptly replied to & an appointment booked. DR arrived as agreed & did a thorough investigation, diagnosed the issue & remedy & a quote was issued by the office the next day. On accepting the quote the DR team were dispatched on the agreed date & the work carried out to a high standard quickly & efficiently. Thank you Dalton Roofing for a seamless service. Will definitely use them again.
